United States
We ship to all areas within the United States:
• England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
• All US postcodes including remote areas


Processing Time

Order Processing
• Standard Processing: 2-3 business days

Processing Schedule
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are processed within 2-3 business days
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends begin processing the next business day
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US bank holidays

Order Verification
Some orders may require additional verification, which can add 1 business day to processing time:
• Large orders (over US 200)
• Orders with billing/shipping address mismatches
• First-time customers with high-value orders


Delivery Timeframes

United States Delivery
After processing (2-3 business days), delivery times are: 8–12 business days

United States Only
We currently ship exclusively to cities within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and contents immediately

  2. Contact us at contact@bravenofficial.com within 48 hours

  3. Keep all packaging materials for inspection

  4. We will arrange replacement or refund

Lost Packages

For packages that don't arrive:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management

  2. Contact us after the maximum delivery timeframe has passed

  3. We will investigate with the carrier

  4. Replacement or refund will be provided once loss is confirmed
